CLASS DROP-OFF / CHECK-IN POLICY:

Due to safety protocols and limited staff capacity, we cannot accommodate drop-off or check-in for classes any earlier than 5 minutes before the start of class. We also ask that all parents/guardians be on time to pick up students promptly at the end of class. Thanks for your understanding!

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY FOR CLASSES & WORKSHOPS:

  • Full Refund: In order to receive a full refund, all cancellations must occur at least 72 hours ahead of the scheduled class or workshop. You may cancel by calling (760) 730-5203 or by emailing info@studioace.org.

  • Future Class Credit: If the cancellation occurs between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled class or workshop, the full amount will be credited towards any future class at the same value. You may cancel by calling (760) 730-5203 or by emailing info@studioace.org.

  • No Refund: We do not offer refunds or credits for no shows or for cancellations occurring 24 hours or less before the scheduled class or workshop.

This month-long class is designed to create a portfolio for homeschooled students in grades K - 8 that will be ready for any school review. Students will cover a wide variety of art styles, techniques, materials, and art history.

Scholarships at ACE

Scholarships may be available to cover the cost of attending classes at Studio ACE. Please note that not all classes are available for scholarships, but we will accommodate as best as we can. To be considered, please download and fill out the English Language Form or Spanish Language Form and drop it off at the ACE Art Shop or submit via email to info@studioace.org. Thank you!
